9‐1‐1 Central Dispatch Millage Renewal Proposal -

“For the purpose of continuing funding to maintain Enhanced 911 / Emergency Dispatch services and the countywide radio system, shall the County of Midland renew the previously voted increase in the limitation of the total amount of general ad‐valorem taxes which may be imposed for all purposes upon all taxable real and personal property in Midland County, as authorized by Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963, as amended, which last resulted in a levy of 0.7 Mill, and continue to levy up to 0.7 Mill ($0.70 per $1,000) of taxable valuation on such property as finally equalized during the years 2021 – 2024, both inclusive, which if approved and levied in its entirety is estimated to raise $2,422,606 in the first year?”
