Shall the annual assessment on all lands and premises in the Township of Armada, Macomb County, Michigan which compromise a special assessment district previously approved by the electors in 1986 pursuant to Act 33, Public Acts of 1951, as amended, the previously-approved sum not to exceed one and one-half ($1.50) dollars for each one thousand ($1,000) dollars of taxable value of such property to a sum not to exceed three and one-quarter ($3.25) dollars for each one thousand ($1,000) dollars of taxable value, for the operation of the Armada Township Fire Department including the purchase, repair and maintenance of fire department equipment, apparatus and housing? The estimated revenue to be collected in the first year that the special assessment millage is increased and levied is $675,678. This proposed special assessment millage is an **INCREASE** of 1.75 mills from the previously approved 1.5 mills.
