Get StartedA Special election to authorize additional levies for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2022, and July 1, 2023, and for the purpose of Maintenance and Operation of Autism Services Center to provide people with autism and other developmental disabilities (and their families) the opportunity to be integrated into normal community life as much as feasible and consistent with their well-being to help clients in achieving their fullest potential in becoming independent, economically self-sufficient, and participating members of their community in Cabell County, entered according to the Order of the Cabell County Commission entered on the 27th day of January 2022. That the additional rate of levy in cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation on each class of property shall be: Class I 0.10 cents Class II 0.20 cents Class III 0.40 cents Class IV 0.40 cents In the event the separate and aggregate assessed value of each class of taxable property within Cabell County increases during the term of the special excess levy, the levy rate shall be reduced so that the projected tax collection will not exceed $111,990 in any fiscal year.
