Shall the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor be permitted on all days of the week, including Sunday, at The Mill One Entertainment District, a community facility as defined by Section 4301.01 of the Revised Code, and located at 135 and 137 Main Street, Hamilton, Ohio, a community entertainment district, which includes the following properties: 118 Arch Street, 31 through 611 North B Street (Odd), 11 through 118 North D Street (All), 22 through 34 North F Street (All), 9 through 345 South B Street (Odd), 6 through 20 South D Street (All), 101 through 583 Main Street (All), 23 through 106 North C Street (All), 15 through 55 North E Street (All), 106 through 543 Park Avenue (All), 9 through 21 South C Street (All), 10 through 20 South E Street (All), and 351 Wayne Avenue?
