Issue 3 - Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal and Increase)

A renewal of 1.5 mills and an increase of 0.3 mills for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Guernsey County for the purpose of providing senior services by the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center, Inc. and the Robert T.Secrest Senior Center that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,944,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.8 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $58 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 225, first due in calendar year 226.
