Proposition 1 - Sales Tax for Hospital and Health Clinic

A resolution to continue levying a 2% sales tax to be allocated by the County Commissioners of Cimarron County, 1.5% for the support of Cimarron Memorial Hospital and rural health clinic and 0.5% to be apportioned for the support of general operation and capital improvements for the Cimarron County Free Fair, Soutar Memorial Library, Cimarron County OSU Extension and Cimarron County Courthouse Maintenance Sales Tax Fund; defining terms; prescribing procedures, remedies, liens and fixing penalties; fixing an effective date to expire after sixty (60) months (time period from july 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030); making provisions separable;
