Proposition 1 - Hospital Facilities Improvement Bonds

Hospital Facilities Improvement Bonds of Conway County in one or more series in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 to finance all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping improvements to the hospital facilities owned by the County and currently known as "CHI St. Vincent Morrilton" (the "Hospital") and, in order to pay the bonds, the pledge of the net collections of the 0.25% local sales and use tax levied within the County pursuant to Ordinance No. 2000-15 of the County, as amended. The Hospital is currently leased by the County to St. Anthony's Hospital Association d/b/a CHI St. Vincent Morrilton, an Arkansas nonprofit corporation.
