If this bond proposition passes, it is estimated that property taxes on a home with an assessed market value for tax purposes of $100,000 would increase by $7.88 in the first year, of $300,000 would increase by $23.64 in the first year, and of $600,000 would increase by $47.28 in the first year. An increase in property taxes may lead to an increase in rental costs.
