Question 1 - Maintenance and Repair of Roads Millage Renewal

For the sole purpose of funding general operating expenses to be incurred in maintenance and repair of roads and highways within the County of Leelanau, at the same millage level previously approved by the voters in 2020 and every two years since 1986, shall the previously voted increase on the Constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be assessed in one year upon all property within the County of Leelanau, Michigan, be renewed at 0.4958 of one mill, and shall the previously authorized reduced millage of 0.0042 of one mill be restored, for a return on the previously voted total limitation increase of up to 0.5000 of one mill ($0.5000 per $1000 of taxable value) for a period of two years (2022-2023) inclusive?
