The issuance of these bonds will result in a property tax increase sufficient to pay annual debt service on the bonds, unless the governing body provides for payment from other sources. A “YES” vote shall authorize the City of Glendale governing body to issue and sell up to $9,900,000 of general obligation bonds of the City of Glendale to be repaid with secondary property taxes, unless the governing body provides for payment from other sources. A “NO” vote shall not authorize the City of Glendale governing body to issue and sell such bonds of the City of Glendale.
