A "YES" vote is a vote in favor of amending the City Charter so that City Council members run for two-year terms in 2021 and 2024, and a four year term in 2025 (a pattern repeated every decade after the census).
A "NO" vote is a vote in opposition to amending the City Charter so that City Council members run for two-year terms in 2021 and 2023, and a four year term in 2025. City Council members would continue to be elected only on a four year cycle.
