"Under state law, the increase in the levy of the Village of Walworth for the tax to be imposed for the next fiscal year, 2025, is limited to .686%, which results in a levy of $1,843,621. Shall the Village of Walworth be allowed to exceed this limit and increase the levy for the next fiscal year, 2025, and in future years, for the purpose of hiring additional full-time employees, hiring additional part-time employees to cover vacancies, and retain current full-time employees to provide 24/7/365 fire and EMS coverage, by a total of 16.189%, which results in a levy of $2,142,093, and on an ongoing basis, include the increase of $298,472 for each fiscal year going forward?"
