Get StartedThe Dobbs decision now requires that abortion standards be regulated by state law rather than by federal law. Whether we agree with it or not, we all must respect the recent decision of Ohio voters to amend the State Constitution with new provisions about such standards. I also will respect whatever decisions on that subject are made in each and every other State. And so I do not support having any uniform federal standard for abortion. Neither pro-life nor pro-choice. I believe such a position is required of any candidate for federal office both by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution and by the Dobbs decision. Learn more
