Get StartedEvery individual has the right to life. We have the obligation not to aggress against (violate the rights of) anyone else -- for any reason (personal, social, or political), however worthy. The power to determine if a pregnancy should be terminated due to maternal or fetal health risk should be left to the states. The non-aggression principle applies to the unborn. Learn more
Couples should have the right to enter into a legal arrangement whereby medical and financial decisions could be made on behalf of the other. Marriage ceremonies should be left to the churches and no church should ever be forced to perform ceremonies which violate their religious beliefs. I am against no-fault divorce unless agreed upon by both parties. If a contractual marriage fails, the party who broke the contract should be held accountable just as in other business contracts. We need to end government practices of spying on citizens and support the rights recognized by the Fourth Amendment to be secure in our persons, homes, property, and communications and to be protected against unreasonable search and seizure. We must end the NSA’s practice of violating privacy rights including domestic surveillance. Learn more
We should maintain and support a strong defense to defend against enemies of the United States. We must eliminate foreign aid and intervention and stop sending our troops to fight and die in foreign wars. A strong defense is necessary but military spending on special interests, regime-changes overseas, and the military-industrial complex must stop. Learn more
Marijuana benefits many individuals with medical conditions and individuals should have the right to choose what is best for their health. Marijuana should be legal for medical and recreational use. It should be decriminalized and removed from the federal controlled substance act. Marijuana should be treated like alcohol when it comes to driving and usage if it causes harm to another individual. The department of education should be abolished. Public education should be left to local governments with a diversity of options. Parents should choose what is best for their child. The current system seeks to indoctrinate kids and push social agendas, valuing collectivism over free individual thought. Learn more
Reform laws to make it easier for independents and 3rd parties to be on the ballot. Learn more
Every citizen has the right to bear arms and the right to self defense. I oppose government restrictions of private ownership and use of weapons, as long as they are not used for purposes of force, intimidation or fraud. I am strongly against red flag laws and gun confiscation without due process. Learn more
The government should not be involved in healthcare. Healthcare costs would be affordable if we abolish the FDA and allow scientific testing through professional institutions. Optional private certification of drugs would allow consumers access to affordable and safe medicines. Learn more
I believe in the right of peaceful people to immigrate into the United States legally. The legal process should have reasonable processes of screening for criminals and disease. Learn more
We need to end government interference in the economy and allow private voluntary programs to help those in need. Churches, private organizations, charities and individuals can do a better job assisting those in need. Learn more
Eminent domain, like taxes, is legal theft. “Public interest” is subjective and puts collectivism over individual rights. Eminent domain and property taxes should be abolished. Until this happens people will not truly own their own property. Learn more
Taxes are compulsory (forced) and used to redistribute wealth. Taxation is legal theft, used to fund services an individual may not want, need, and have a conscientious objection to. We need to eliminate the income and property tax by shrinking the size of government. Learn more
