Destiny will educate the public and contribute resources to local prosecutors with a Children's Bill of Rights. Destiny’s first experience practicing law was when she put a shingle out in her hometown of Martinsville. There, she immediately witnessed the underbelly of her Hoosier community when she encountered abused and neglected children who were irretrievably left behind because parents/guardians chose to take advantage of Indiana's compulsory education laws to hide their abuse.
