Allow unionization of service industry Organization is a right inherent to the workers of our country protected by the First Amendment. We cannot allow companies to squash that right. Many food and service workers face terrible conditions and poor treatment yet they are not allowed to speak out and negotiate better wages. We will put legislation through Congress to expand the protection of unions and end the tipping loophole that allows tipped workers to be paid below minimum wage. Learn more
