Get StartedI care deeply about protecting the privacy and free speech of Californians on the internet. I'm an advocate for, and regular user of, Libre and Open-Source technologies, and if elected, I will defend and support alternatives to giants in social media, software, and hardware, in order to foster a vibrant, diverse, and competitive tech industry where products are financially accessible to all, and where software is open to the public to monitor. I will not attempt to force conformity to Libre licenses, I merely seek to free the tech marketplace. Learn more
A major topic of discussion in California at the moment is the issue of LGBTQ-Identifying children and their rights, and how these pertain to education. While I believe all children should be protected from, and have a safe space from legitimately abusive or neglectful parents who would harm them based on their self-identification, parents and guardians have a right to know if their children come out as LGBTQ, teachers should not be able to kindle or promote gender/sexual confusion in the classroom, and medical transitions for children should never be accepted or normalized in the State of California. I will also fight to protect the rights of the LGBTQ community, I will protect the Religious Liberty of all, I will defend the rights of all activist groups to free speech and peaceful assembly, I will work to remove restrictions and regulations impeding individuals seeking traditional lifestyles of self-reliance, and I will work to reform laws against victimless crimes. Learn more
As a Libertarian, I believe our justice system should target crimes of aggression, theft, and fraud first and foremost. I believe in softening sentences for Victimless Crimes, or crimes where no party was defrauded, manipulated, or had violence initiated against them. Learn more
Police Brutality: I believe in making sure members of Law Enforcement are accountable for their actions just like any other citizen, so that those abused or harmed can have their day in the courtroom. I do, of course, recognize that under the stressful conditions of the job, honest mistakes can be made. I desire, though, that all accidental damages and injuries caused by law enforcement are thoroughly repaid and mended. Learn more
Drugs: After decades of an unproductive and ineffective war on drugs, it's clear that brute force on behalf of the Government does little to solve nuanced issues like substance abuse. I believe in decriminalizing, but not encouraging drug use. I believe California should focus on offering recovery options to addicts rather than leaving users worse off by throwing them behind bars when guilty only of possession. Countries like Portugal have seen drastically lowered addiction and overdose rates along with heightened recovery rates under similar practice. Learn more
If elected, I will fight to prevent the Government from giving particular businesses an edge in the marketplace. I will fight against Corporate Welfare and Subsidy. I will fight to cut unnecessary spending, reduce taxes, and support legislation to bring down gas prices. Learn more
Libertarians like myself, on the other hand, believe that no competitor in the marketplace should be given special privileges, and that all businesses should be able to operate with little-to-no taxes, fees, and restrictions, so long as they do not defraud or harm their employees or customers. Small businesses and competitors to major corporations should not be stifled due to regulations, subsidies, and Intellectual Property laws that bring those at the top to monopoly status. Learn more
If elected, I will support legislation to make private education and charter schooling more accessible. I will seek to encourage enrollment in Trade Schools and Apprenticeships. Personally, I am a huge supporter of alternative schooling practices and constructionist education philosophies, and I would love to see children learning in the fashion that suits them best when a Public School education doesn't seem to fit. Learn more
I would also like to see polluters held accountable for damage to private property, protected lands, and the health of the general public. This includes manufacturers of industrial pesticides which wreak havoc on wildlife, nearby ecosystems, and surrounding crops which the product is not designed to protect. These may also cause various health issues in humans as well, yet throughout the United States, corporations have been able to get away with selling these products. Learn more
I believe that preserving and protecting expansive open spaces and untouched wilderness is a non-negotiable for a healthy environment and a happy society. As a staunch Preservationist, I will fight tooth and nail to defend California's natural wonders and diverse environments from encroachment and damage. Learn more
If elected, I would like to prevent incentivizing and encouraging 'Monocrop Culture', which destroys biodiversity on top of artificially contorting the agricultural economy. I will fight to promote Regenerative Agriculture, and foster more self-reliant communities, with more localized and circular economies. Learn more
If elected, I will support legislation that gets the Government out of your personal life, and will work to stop the beliefs and sentiments of others from being impressed upon you. I will seek to maintain ideological and religious neutrality in all public institutions. Learn more
If elected, I will fight to increase Government transparency and make sure you have total knowledge of what California officials are up to. Learn more
I will seek to move funding from wasteful and inefficient State programs to fostering sustainable local solutions. Learn more
I believe that all adult Californians with a clean bill of mental health should be able to safely possess and carry firearms for self-defense. I will approach all legislation involving restrictions on access to firearms with extreme caution, knowing that while guns shouldn't be in the hands of individuals who pose a threat to themselves or others, it's still dangerous for the Government to be brushing up against the universal right for peaceful people to keep and bear arms. Learn more
Vaccine Mandates: The Government should not, under any circumstances, require or pressure individuals to receive elective medical treatments like vaccinations. If elected I would fight to make sure no such requirements are made by the State of California. Learn more
I believe any peaceful individual seeking the personal and economic liberties America has to provide, should be able to enter this country and work or become a naturalized citizen with ease. As a Libertarian, I believe that freedom of movement is a universal right that transcends borders and Governments. If elected, I will work to streamline immigration processes and protect peaceful undocumented immigrants currently residing in the State of California, while making sure that proper vetting and border security measures are in place and actively enforced. Learn more
I will push to incentivize non-profits, worker's unions, charities, and Samaritan groups and Mutual Aid Societies, to care for their communities and labor force, to help reduce dependence on the State and Federal Government services and decrease spending in the long run. Learn more
