I will work to: — pass at least a $15 minimum wage, tied to inflation; — support strong labor unions and labor rights, aware of the pivotal role they play in building a just society; — build a resilient social safety net, with robust paid family and medical leave; — explore at the Federal level a universal basic income, which seems necessary for social and financial stability in a rapidly evolving world; — driving action and awareness to counter systemic racism and sexism that manifests itself in all forms: economically, socially, and physically.
