PLATFORM NDAA – WARS – 9/11 – TSA – BANKS – FEDERAL RESERVE – GEOENGINEERING – FOOD – VACCINES – GLOBALISM – GLOBAL WARMING – SOPA/PIPA/ACTA – 4TH AMENDMENT My platform can be summarized in one sentence:- “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” The United States of America is a constitutional republic governed by the rule of law and the consent of the governed. As a congressman, I will seek to repeal all unconstitutional laws, starting with the Patriot Act and section 1031 of the 2011 National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA gives the military the power to round up and indefinitely detain american citizens without representation or due process and violates the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth amendments to the constitution – even the Magna Carta which dates back to 1215 AD. President Obama, who taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago, knowingly violated his oath of office when he signed it into law on New Years Eve 2011 and so should be impeached for high crimes and treason. Bush and Cheney should also be prosecuted for war crimes and treason. Laws which violate the Bill of Rights and Constitution have no legal basis and may not be enforced (Marbury vs. Madison), but I will seek to remove them from the books anyway. I will vote to de-fund and end both our overt wars on Iraq and Afghanistan and our covert wars in Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Pakistan, Syria and Iran. Unless a declaration of war is passed by Congress, it’s illegal. This applies to both the military and so-called “civilian contractors.” Let’s end the wars we’re in and not start or join any new ones. Congress decides whether we go to war, not the president, not NATO, nor the UN. And I question the justfication for the wars – the official 9/11 story. Six of the ten 9/11 commissioners said they were lied to and the report is a fraud. I agree with the 1,600+ architects who have called for a new independent investigation of the events of 9/11, particularly the free-fall collapse of WTC7 – which was not hit by a plane. 9/11 gave the excuse to ramp up an Orwellian police/ surveillance state, supposedly to combat Al Quada, but now it’s unambiguously directed at you and I, the American citizens. Anyone who disagrees with the government is branded a terrorist and the skies are patrolled by Homeland Security predator drones. We should disband the TSA, I will vote to deny appropriations for this unconstitutional and lawless agency. Airports should hire sworn peace officers to provide airport security who will obey the fourth amendment. The TSA has no right to randomly search people at shopping malls, bus stations, trains and highway checkpoints without probable cause.   The banks own Washington. Congress has allowed them to perform the biggest heist in history, looting untold trillions from us, our children and grandchildren. They’re pillaging the planet and any country they don’t control gets bombed into submission. McClatchy newspapers reported that Goldman Sachs  and other international banks deliberately triggered the global economic collapse by shorting the derivatives they sold, primarily Collateralized Debt Obligations and Credit Default Swaps. They have been implicated in unprecedented fraud leading to the destruction of the Icelandic and Greek economies. Iceland is fighting back by jailing their bankers  and filing billion-dollar lawsuits. We need to follow Iceland’s lead — the bankers are NOT too big to jail. I am calling for a full investigation into the activities of these megabanks and prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law — up to and including revocation of their charter to operate. And if Goldman Sachs is found guilty of defrauding American taxpayers, we need to investigate *all* of its former executives in government, regulatory and rating agencies for any part they played in the criminal conspiracy under RICO statutes. Former Goldman Sachs CEO Hank Paulson used his position as Treasury Secretary to ram through the original banker bailout bill, ostensibly to ease up the credit markets. This let the banks steal $23 TRILLION from we the taxpayers, (Bloomberg, 7/20/09) and to add insult to injury, they’re still not lending. It’s the biggest heist in history and everyone responsible needs to go to jail. Derivatives are private gambling debts between private institutions and are not the responsibility of the taxpayer. We should reinstate Glass Steagal. Banks can be either commercial or investment banks, not both. Banks which have merged both operations must break up to separate their investment arms from their commercial arms, and any liabilities transferred from the investment side to the commercial side must be returned (so the losses are not FDIC insured and dumped on the taxpayers). For example, Bank of America’s Merril Lynch division dumped $75 TRILLION in debts onto the FDIC-backed commercial arm. “Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws.” Mayer Amschel Rothschild The Federal Reserve is not federal, and it has no reserve. It is a cartel of private bankers controlling the U.S. money supply and making hundreds of billions in interest on currency they print for the U.S. government and private banks. I call for the passage of the American Monetary Act, to roll “The Fed” into the U.S. Department of Treasury which will resume its task of printing U.S. dollars, as the U.S. Constitution directs, thereby eliminating our debt-based monetary system and liberating our dollars to be used for the good of the people. There needs to be a full audit of the Fed, including the names of all the shareholders. Those shareholders must account for – and return – all the money they gave to foreign banks and companies in Europe and beyond.   Poisons: I will make it a felony to knowingly add biologically harmful agents to our food, air, water or vaccines. These would include (but not be restricted to) neurotoxins, immunosupressants, endocrine disruptors, carcinogens and heavy metals.   Food: Until the toxins are banned, food packaging must clearly state which toxins are present on the front of the packaging, similar to the warnings mandated on tobacco products. These would include (but not be limited to) named pesticides, genetically modified (GM) material and aspartame. GM food has been banned across Europe because it causes major organ failure and sterility in mammals. I would withdraw all agricultural subsidies for the production of GM crops and livestock. I will also hold manufacturers of GM seed liable for damage caused when their seed contaminates organic farms. The boards of corporations selling tainted food should be held personally liable for all deaths, injuries and fertility problems caused by their products. I would also ban food products developed with or containing human tissue or DNA. Everyone has a right to know what they are putting into their bodies.   Air: I would ban all geoengineering programs and research by repealing 50 USC Section 1520a which allows the military to test chemical and biological weapons on the civilian population without our knowledge or consent. The US is a signatory to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity which bans geoengineering. I will mandate the the EPA to resume testing for airborne aluminum and other metals which it ceased in 2002.   Water: I would outlaw forced medication via the water supply, including fluoride, and mandate a program of random independent testing for additives using mass spectroscopy at the outlets of water treatment plants.   Vaccines: I will vote to repeal the Model State Emergency Health Act which gives the government power to force-vaccinate US citizens against their will. I will also strip the legal immunity which protects vaccine manufacturers from prosecution from people harmed by their vaccines. I will make it a felony to deny work, housing or education to any person who chooses not to vaccinate themselves or their children. Vaccines must undergo independent animal fertility testing and the results must be prominently featured in all consumer marketing literature. Former drug company executives should be banned from working at the FDA and CDC and I propose making it a felony for former FDA and CDC executives and their families to accept renumeration from drug companies for at least 20 years since working at the FDA or CDC. I also propose a ban on direct to consumer marketing of prescription drugs. The drug companies simply cannot be trusted – Bayer knowingly exposed 100,000 people to HIV-tainted injections. I will resist any further moves towards global economic union and governance. I will vote to leave NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, the WTO, SPP and UN. We should not be ruled by unelected, private organizations. We should also leave NATO – the Cold War is over and NATO has no business telling us which countries to bomb.   Global Warming: Our climate changes all the time. Grapes were grown as far north as Scotland and Newfoundland (the vikings named it “Vinland“) during the Medieval Warm Period (950AD to 1250AD), while London’s Thames River froze solid in the 1680s. The sun goes through activity cycles which effect the temperature on all the planets. Carbon dioxide is a trace gas with a negligible effect on global temperature. And what Al Gore’s famous hockey stick graph didn’t tell you is that carbon dioxide levels rise *after* temperatures rise. The colder it is, the fewer plants and animals are around to produce CO2. Advocates of the man made global warming theory were caught manipulating data to “hide the decline” in the Climategate emails. The science is *not* in, and we certainly should not be setting global policy on bad science, let alone pay global carbon taxes to the banks for producing an essential, life giving gas. It is not a toxic gas, as the EPA has ruled. I will resist all attempts to impose a carbon tax on the American people. 1992: The Rockefeller-funded Club of Rome wrote: “The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.” 1997: Al Gore works with Enron’s Ken Lay to develop the first carbon tax. 2006: Gore releases “An Inconvenient Truth,” while remaining a major shareholder in Occidental Petroleum. 2007: A British High Court rules it factually incorrect and bans it from being shown in UK schools without a disclaimer. 2010 Al Gore buys an $8.8 million ocean front mansion, despite his shrill warnings about rising sea levels. 2011: Newly elected Australian premier Julia Gillard breaks her campaign promise and and imposes a carbon tax on an outraged Australian public and Rep. George Miller recommends imposing it on the American people.   SECOND AMENDMENT I fully support the second amendment. FOURTH AMENDMENT “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” Pretty clear, don’t you think? But our emails are being read, our phone conversations recorded, our cable TV and internet activity logged – and now Smart Meters are recording which household appliances we use and when. All without warrants, all violating the fourth amendment. Before he was elected then Senator Obama promised to filibuster legislation which would give the Telecoms retroactive immunity from prosecution for illegally wiretapping us – but then went on to vote for it. Bush at least had the honesty to say he considered the Constitution “just a g**d****ed piece of paper.” As congressman, I would introduce legislation which would mandate all private and governmental agencies who collect data from US citizens to tell them in clear language what data is being collected (including text, voice, location, video, audio and web), how it’s being collected and who has access to it (from “our partners” to the NSA).
