Our drug trafficking laws need to be strengthened, to send a clear, unambiguous message to traffickers – STAY OUT OF IDAHO! – or you’re going to prison. Learn more
The Legislature’s work on this issue in the 2024 session is appreciated, but there is much more to do. For example, possession of Marijuana is illegal in Idaho. So what “public policy” sense does it make to allow advertising within Idaho’s borders that encourages Idahoans to visit Marijuana dispensaries in neighboring States? Answer: It doesn’t. Learn more
Parents are also taxpayers. As such, if the State will just “allow” it, parents should be able to send their child to any school they like. And that includes religious schools. If and when I get to Boise, I will make this a priority. Learn more

The State of Idaho currently has 180 departments and agencies. 180! Sure, many of these departments or agencies are appropriate and necessary for the State to meet its obligations to the citizens of Idaho. And why not reorganize the Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board into an arm of the Fish and Game Department? Learn more

Government should not be picking winners and losers in the market. The less government regulation the better is what I say. Learn more
