Now, Governor Brown has unilaterally instituted executive orders which will harm small communities and their economies the most. Max has seen firsthand the impact that bad legislation makes on the lives of citizens. The cost of housing has become ridiculous because the current laws force small landlords out of the market and artificially decrease the housing supply. Max will make fixing our housing laws a priority to incentivize small landlords to rent their properties, and ease land use regulations to encourage new construction. This is a solvable problem.
