Get StartedFurthermore, I commit to advocating for policies that support women’s comprehensive healthcare needs, including access to safe and legal abortion, affordable contraception, and reproductive health services. This includes opposing legislation that seeks to diminish these rights and working to introduce measures that protect and expand them. I am also in support of protecting a woman’s right to choose by way of a constitutional amendment, if necessary. Learn more
In Congress, I pledge to be a steadfast defender of women’s reproductive rights, understanding that this issue encompasses far more than the right to abortion. It’s about ensuring access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare, including contraception, which is fundamental to the health and well-being of women and families across our nation. Learn more
I stand in support of the Black Lives Matter movement as a powerful contemporary echo of the civil rights movement, advocating for justice, equality, and the end of systemic racism that plagues our society. Learn more
In confronting the urgent and perilous reality of climate change, my North Star is an unwavering commitment to aggressive, innovative action to mitigate its worst effects, while ensuring a just and equitable transition for all. Recognizing that the oil and gas sector cannot be phased out overnight, I am dedicated to prioritizing and genuinely caring for the workers within these industries, acknowledging the limitations of retraining programs and seeking practical, supportive solutions. Simultaneously, I embrace the economic gold rush in clean energy, advocating for policies that not only protect our planet but also drive prosperity through sustainable, renewable resources. Look, I support your right to protect yourself & your family. I support your right to hunt and participate in other sportsman activities. That’s fine. No one wants to take your gun if that’s what you’re doing. But no one needs an AK-47. No one needs a high capacity automatic rifle – unless they’re planning to do some serious harm to a lot of people. Let’s have a common sense gun control policy. Not one that criminalizes law abiding citizens, but one that obviously seeks to keep dangerous, nonsensical guns off the streets and keep dangerous, nonsensical people from having one. That’s not an extreme position, it’s common sense. Learn more
My policy on homelessness is rooted in a comprehensive approach that prioritizes dignity, support, and sustainable solutions for all, with a special focus on our veterans (absolutely NO ONE who wore the uniform of this country should ever find themselves homeless). Central to this vision is the expansion of affordable housing—a critical step towards ensuring that everyone, particularly those who have served our country, has access to safe and stable living conditions. Recognizing that homelessness is often a symptom of broader issues, my policy also emphasizes the importance of robust federal aid programs aimed at providing financial stability for individuals and families during temporary crises, preventing homelessness before it occurs. Further, leveraging the VA as a central coordinating agency, we aim to fast-track homeless veterans into permanent housing, supplemented by the HUD-VASH program’s resources. Beyond housing, I’m committed to making sure we are offering comprehensive support services, including mental health care, job training, and reintegration programs, to address the root causes of homelessness. This policy is about more than just providing shelter; it’s about creating pathways to self-sufficiency and improved quality of life for everyone in need. Learn more
