Many live on a fixed income and are struggling to make ends meet with the rising costs of prescription drugs, groceries and services. Ricardo wants to protect seniors by cutting the costs of prescription drugs, repealing the senior pension tax, and a proposal to stop property tax increases once a homeowner turns 62 for the length of time they remain in their homes.
