Education

I will propose and support legislation that abolishes the Federal Department of Education. I will propose and support legislation that privatizes headstart through Kindergarten because no state or federal department should be replacing the parental role of children at any age, but especially so young. I will passionately fight against any mandatory vaccinations and any legislation from the state of Oklahoma or the federal government that erodes parental rights. I will fight Teachers Unions at every opportunity who continually place the self-interests of their organizations and maintaining "control" of education over the interests of every individual child. I will fight any and all standardized testing, curriculum, and programs that treat children like chickens in a factory instead of unique humans with individual needs and interests. This includes joining Rep. Justin Amash (L) in defending the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 which prohibits the establishment of a national curriculum by the Department of Education as long as the department exists. I will work to repeal and not replace the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) signed by President Obama and the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) signed by President George W. Bush. I will always honor states who embrace localized and privatized choices for education over state-ran schools. And I will always support choice over regulatory measures, so that parents are empowered by options including charter schools and homeschooling. I will encourage trade schools to take the place of degree schools where appropriate and help to end occupational licensing requirements by state and federal governments. I will work to lift any and all regulations that prevent the use of the internet and technology for education at any age, including Elementary. I will encourage communities to provide relief such as food assistance programs so that those children who need help can find help locally. Welfare should be localized whenever possible so it can be individualized with a compassionate hands-on approach. I will propose and support legislation that protects homeschooling families & religious institutions from unwarranted persecution by "child services" in state and federal departments. Learn more

One of the first and primary things I will push for in Congress is to abolish at least five federal departments and five federal agencies of the U.S. Government, which will not only save billions in taxpayer dollars, but will also immediately decrease the size of government in a measurable, responsible way. Guns

I will oppose "assault" weapons bans. I will oppose red flag laws. I will oppose a national gun registry. I will work to end licensing and taxes on gun ownership. I will support legislation that protects the right of our veterans to bear arms. Learn more

I believe the free market can provide excellent, affordable care for people of all financial means if we unleash it from cronyism and federal regulation. Learn more

Taxes / Budget

I believe taxation is theft for two reasons: because coercion is used to enforce taxation and because you do not have legal authority to deny consent in our current system. I would work for the legislation to include abolishing the IRS and the Federal Income Tax, and replacing it with the FairTax until we have a more voluntary society. Learn more

I will oppose any spending resolution that does not balance the budget or does not pay down the national debt. Learn more
