I support trade school as an option for families. College, vocation, or direct to the labor force- we need to make sure Kentuckians are ready to be successful when they leave our schools. Learn more

I support partnering with business and industry to set up quality apprenticeship programs. This will help fill the needs in high demand sectors with highly qualified employees. Learn more

I support educational freedom and school choice for our families. Families deserve a choice in where to send their children to be educated. Ultimately, increasing competition for any product or service increases the quality. Learn more

I support a life skill focus in education, not just good test taking skills. Currently, school success is measured in such a complicated manner that it is unclear what “successful” truly means. Learn more

Environment / Energy

I support the fossil fuels that support us. Fossil fuels provide the energy we need to survive. Learn more

Government Reform

I support legislation that keeps the Kentucky National Guard in Kentucky unless Congress declares war. No more allowing Washington D.C. to take our brave men and women off to far away lands without a formal declaration of war from Congress. The Constitution matters, let’s hold the Federal Government to it. Learn more

I pledge to veto any bill from the Assembly that will restrict or violate Kentuckians’ rights. Learn more

I pledge to work with the Assembly to craft legislation to correct the executive overreach of Governor Beshear. I support streamlining our government processes. With our modern technology we don’t have to keep our government functions stuck in the past. We can make our government work for the people, instead of making the people work for their government. Learn more

I pledge to protect Kentucky and Kentuckians from the Federal Government. I will not follow any unconstitutional law, order, mandate, rule, or regulation from the Federal Government. Learn more

I support only paying for the necessary functions that can’t be provided by the private sector. Private sector has always and will always do a better job through competition and innovation than a stagnant government-ran bureaucracy. Learn more

I support and pledge a public apology to Kentuckians for the lockdowns. The Commonwealth is owed an apology from the government for the violations of Kentuckians’ rights the last several years. Learn more

Guns

I support and am in favor of 3-D printing/printers. Making firearms in your home is an American pastime. Americans have been making guns in their homes since before this country was founded. Learn more

I pledge to never support a law; federal, state, or local, that in anyway lessens the right for Kentuckians to bear arms. The right of Kentuckians to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, that says it all. Learn more

I pledge to never partner with the Federal Government on any attempt to restrict Kentuckians gun rights. Any attempt for federal gun control stop at the Kentucky border. I believe in Kentuckians gun rights. Gun control policies are unamerican. Learn more

I support setting up meetings and outreach with pro-gun groups to learn what the Commonwealth can improve upon. If the Commonwealth has laws that violate Kentuckians gun rights, we need to know. We need to work with our gun rights groups. Learn more

I support banning Red-Flag Laws. Red-flag laws trample on Kentuckians’ gun rights. Red-flag laws trample on due process rights. Red-flag laws have no place in the Commonwealth. Learn more

Healthcare

I support setting up outreach programs that bring doctors and patients together. This will help further improve healthcare in the Commonwealth. Communication with members of the Assembly and the Governor’s Office will help keep Kentucky’s healthcare programs updated and provide for input from the people directly involved. Learn more

The majority of youth and young adults begin the addiction cycle after being prescribed opioids for routine surgeries like wisdom teeth extraction or sports related injuries. Modern science and peer reviewed doctor’s journals tell us that ibuprofen and acetaminophen are more effective in pain management for these procedures. Learn more

I support expanding treatment options for doctors and options for patients. Learn more

We have to continue providing opportunity for those struggling with addiction to receive access to programs that foster cooperation, support, and eventually job training, so they are able to recover and develop life skills that are needed to avoid future relapse. Learn more

I support removing burdensome regulations, permits, and licenses on doctors and nurses. Doctors and nurses put in years of work to be able to help people. The Commonwealth can maintain quality healthcare without making the process harder and stressful for our healthcare providers. Learn more

Infrastructure / Transportation

I support a multi-layered approach to our infrastructure projects. Too often projects are started with near-sighted goals and it is obvious before completion that additional changes will be necessary in the near future. To avoid this perpetual construction, these projects need to be planned with long-term growth in mind. Learn more

I support partnering with the private sector on infrastructure projects. Working with the private sector on infrastructure projects will help improve the quality, lower the costs to our tax payers, and cut down on the time it takes to complete a project. Learn more

I support removing needless regulations on infrastructure projects. Making sure our infrastructure is safe is a top priority but sometimes, when many hands are involved , the construction of a project takes years to complete. We have regulations that only make completion of projects take longer, cost more tax-payer dollars, and cause slow downs on other projects. Learn more

Taxes / Budget

By eliminating business, income, and property taxes we will incentivize growth of our economy and ultimately create far more revenue than a stifling tax increase. I support passing an amendment to the Kentucky Constitution to forbid each of these punishment taxes. This will make it harder for future legislators to steal from hardworking Kentuckians. I support removing taxes on business. There are too many barriers in place without business taxes. This state is built on small business, their success is our success. Taxes on businesses are punishments for being successful. Learn more

I support changing our tax revenue structure. We can come up with a better tax structure that allows Kentuckians to keep more of their hard-earned money but also allows the Commonwealth to pay for the necessary functions without going into billions of dollars of debt. Learn more

I support eliminating property taxes. Currently, Kentuckians rent their homes from the state. I want to change that. Learn more

I support a culture that helps expand and increase the number of Kentucky owned farms. I am for expanding farming in Kentucky by working with the Assembly to get tax breaks passed for new farms for the first 1-2 years as well as for farms that choose to expand their operations. Learn more

I support eliminating the income tax. Currently, eight states have no income tax. I want to make Kentucky the ninth. Learn more

I support eliminating annual vehicle taxes and fees. You pay taxes for a car when you buy it. It makes no sense to pay those taxes again and again every year. Learn more

I support removing property taxes on Kentucky farms. Property tax is just a punishment on what you own. You don’t own your farm, you rent it from the state. Learn more

I support removing taxes on farms and Kentucky farmers. When the Commonwealth taxes our farmers we are only making their jobs harder by limiting the amount of food they can produce. Learn more

I support removing all taxes on crops and grains sold farmer to farmer in Kentucky. Many of our farmers provide crops or grains sold to other farmers for the production of cattle, poultry, or other products that end up in our grocery stores. Removing these extra costs will help lower the cost of many food commodities sold in the Commonwealth. Learn more

Wages / Job Benefits

I support making sure our law enforcement pension programs are well managed. We have to be sure that retired police officers are well-cared for after a lifetime of dangerous service by fully funding their pensions and ensuring the solvency of the pension system for all future retirees. Learn more

I support increasing wages for law enforcement. We ask a lot from our officers, sometimes too much. It is necessary that we increase wages for police officers to reflect the dangerous job that they perform. Learn more
