I hope to help lead a coordinated effort to work with local civic-infrastructure, though the Neartown Super Neighborhood, the newly formed Montrose TIRZ, various civic clubs and homeowners associations to ensure that the resources going into Montrose is well and transparently allocated to benefit the neighborhood community, not just the traffic that runs through it.
