Yolanda will continue to support ideas such as funding to incentivize the construction of innovative forms of affordable housing to boost housing stock and increase the rate of homeownership as well as legislation that helps middle-income Coloradans buy a home despite not qualifying for low-income housing tax credits. Yolanda also recognizes the demand for public transit at the local, regional and statewide levels is increasing. As part of the solution, she supports the Front Range Passenger Rail project, which should be a priority in the Legislature to become a reality for the region. Learn more
